I received the question "How might I be able to participate in helping make Jacksonville a community of excellence?" In one of the early sessions of the ACE meetings, the participating group identified five key areas on which to focus, or areas of priority.

These include Education, Quality of Life, Economic Development, Leadership and Infrastructure. Within these five focus areas are a wide range of issues/projects to work on, and anyone who wants to be involved will certainly find at least one, if not several, issues/projects of interest.
