The City of Jacksonville's Strategic Plan is currently in its final editing stage and will soon be presented to both the City Council and the community. It is a 3-5 year plan with goals, objectives and strategies that will put Jacksonville on a course for ongoing improvement.

What happens if these goals are reached before three years, or if they change? We come back together as a community of citizens with a clear vision and update the strategic plan for another 3-5 years. This process helps us to continually focus on what we want and how to achieve it, while always looking forward.
